Cher Coker Milner is a Senior Mortgage Advisor (NMLS #235885) with over 21 years of experience helping clients across South Carolina and beyond. A graduate of the University of South Carolina–Aiken and George Washington University, Cher brings a powerful mix of people skills, political savvy, and mortgage knowledge to every transaction.
Before entering the mortgage industry, she worked as a PAC Manager and lobbyist in Washington, DC. She later owned a local gift store in Beaufort and served as the founding president of the Junior Service League of Beaufort. Today, she lives in Beaufort with her husband Ash and their two beloved dogs, McCalley and Harper Grace.
When she’s not helping clients, you’ll find Cher boating at the sandbar, traveling, or visiting family and friends. Her phone is always on — and she’s ready to help!
